Harbert Hoffer is most likely a randomly generated name or something like that and the emails like these are just fakes to trick you. There isn't a real girl,Harbert5259, at citydatenow.tk waiting on you; instead there is a sign up from www.sexsearchcom.com/dating/hookupforsex. That just sucks but, at least, you weren't fooled by this trick.
