I've seen that Vin DiCarlo rubbish before, they had a link through POF oddly enough (or at least placed on there somehow). I don't know what the system is supposed to be but you end up listening to a Tom Vu style 10 minute infomercial pitch, except instead of telling you how you can get rich off real estate with their system they tell you how you can get lucky with women. So one uses greed to separate you from your money, the other uses lust to separate you from your money. Just like Tom Vu's get rich quick system it's probably something you can find someplace like the library without paying $150 for a stupid seminar or course.
