This hides the real url from email spam filters that would have caught it. The shortner resolves to http://www.kinkydatenow.com/join.php where you see the form that is served from the foxydaters server. Any time you see a page with that sort of form, you should just close the window. Every one of them is the same type of scam and there is no such thing as a legitimate verification site.
